1. Information We Collect
a) Information you provide directly
- Account details: Name, email, password, contact information.
- Business details: Company name, services offered (Consultancies), project descriptions and requirements (Founders).
- Transaction details: Bids placed, bids confirmed, project agreements.
b) Information collected automatically
- IP address, device type, browser type, operating system.
- Platform usage data (pages viewed, time spent, access logs).
- Cookies and similar technologies.
c) Payment information
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- We do not store or process full payment details such as credit card numbers or banking credentials.
- We may receive limited transaction metadata (e.g., transaction ID, payment status, amount) for commission processing and record-keeping.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data to:
- Provide secure login and personalized dashboards.
- Allow Founders to publish projects and receive bids.
- Allow Consultancies to view projects and submit bids.
- Facilitate payments and deduct a 5% commission fee from successful transactions.
- Improve and secure our platform.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including tax reporting).

- With other users: Founders see bids from Consultancies; Consultancies see project listings.

- Business transfers: If Emulsyia is involved in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
