Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Emulsyia by Statsberg Consulting Private Limited (“Emulsyia,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to provide a seamless platform connecting Founders/SMEs with Consultancies. While we facilitate secure transactions, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is requested.

1. General Policy

  • All project postings, bids, and transactions are subject to Emulsyia’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Emulsyia charges a 5% service commission on confirmed project transactions. This commission is non-refundable except in exceptional cases reviewed individually.
  • Refunds or cancellations of the remaining 95% payment (payable to Consultancies) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. How Refunds & Cancellations Work

  • Request Submission: Users must submit a refund or cancellation request via email, providing all relevant details including project ID, transaction ID, and reason for the request.
  • Case-by-Case Review: Each request is reviewed by our team. We consider factors such as whether the project has started, communication records, and compliance with our terms.
  • Decision Notification: We will notify you of our decision within 5-10 business days.
  • Payment Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment gateway.

3. Commission Fees

The 5% service commission is generally non-refundable, as it covers the platform’s facilitation, administration, and secure payment services. Any exception to this rule will be communicated explicitly in writing after a case-by-case review.

4. Dispute Resolution

Emulsyia encourages Founders and Consultancies to communicate directly to resolve any disagreements. While we may assist in mediation, Emulsyia is not liable for project outcomes or delivery disputes beyond processing payments and commission.
